Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Most metro cities receive them in 3–5 business days; other locations can take up to 7–10 business days.

Once your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the status under My account → Orders.

Yes. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay.

Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

If the order was not confirmed, the bank usually reverses the amount automatically within 5–7 business days. If it does not, contact us with the transaction reference.
